Department of Sanitation Labor Day Schedule

No Trash or Recycling Collection, nor Street Cleaning on Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2020

The New York City Department of Sanitation announced that in observance of Labor Day, there will be no trash or recycling collection, nor street cleaning on Monday, September 7, 2020.
• Residents who normally receive Monday trash collection should place their material out at curbside after 4 p.m. on Monday, September 7 for pickup.

• Residents who normally receive Monday recycling collection should place their material out at curbside after 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 13 for pickup on Monday, September 14.

Additionally, all Sanitation Department administrative offices will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of the holiday.
